When you register for ISAE conference 2026, we collect personal information including your name, email address, institutional affiliation, and payment details. We also collect the academic papers and review data submitted onto our portal.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the administration of the conference. This includes peer review management, corresponding regarding paper status, generating certificates, and managing access control levels.

3. Data Security

We implement strong cryptographic policies, including bcrypt password hashing and JWT authorizations, to ensure your data stays secure. Payment proofs uploaded are strictly contained locally and only accessed by authorized administrators.
